This cabin began when Hurricane Ike roared through the woods in 2008 and trees had to be cut down. We found a man from Georgia that had a portable sawmill. He brought it to the farm and cut the trees up into the lumber that built this cabin. The Cabin was ready for guests in September of 2009.

After a hike or canoe trip, it's a real treat to shower under the stars in your own private outdoor shower and enclosed sun deck attached to the cabin. Sit in the porch swing and watch for the deer that sometimes feed in the Mayhaw orchard. |

This cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and a trundle bed(2 twin beds) in the living area and includes TV, DVD,AC- of course, decorated with deer hides and antlers. |

Be sure to experience the fun of fishing or picking your own fruit (in season). Just part of country life! We like to give you a bag of fruit, that you have picked, as a memory of your visit to the Farm. Fruits include:Blueberries ,Mayhaws,Pears, Muscadines, and Satsumas, lemons & kumquats. |

The snack kitchen is available for your convenience which includes refrigerator , Microwave, and toaster oven. Or for a special evening a candlelit dinner will be brought to your cabin . (Requested in advance) |
